There are three monthly plans: Essential (R$ 399,00), Professional (R$ 699,00), and Corporate (R$ 999,00). The Corporate plan includes the AI-powered features (regulatory analysis, insights, and, for companies in Brazil, eSocial management). You can change plans at any time on the Subscription screen.
Yes. You invite your team members and set each one's access level. The company administrator approves new users and controls who can view and edit each module, according to your plan's limits.
You log each occupational exam (with exam type, physician, date, and expiration) and each training session. The platform automatically calculates what's on track, needs attention, or has expired, and shows alerts so you can act before something expires.
In Brazil, the Corporate plan includes the eSocial Management module, which prepares, validates and batches EHS events (such as the occupational exam record, event S-2220) for submission to the Brazilian federal government's eSocial system. The module is in its certification phase, before official transmission. This is a legal obligation exclusive to Brazil and does not apply to companies in other countries.
Yes. The Reports module generates PDF and Excel files from your EHS data, with the platform's visual identity, ready to present to leadership or to auditors.
Yes. Each company's data is isolated and protected, with access limited to authorized users. The platform follows security best practices and complies with Brazil's LGPD (its equivalent of data protection regulations such as the GDPR).
